El Fondo Galápagos de Celebrity Cruises apoya proyectos que promueven la conservación y la vida sostenible en Galápagos. Hay fondos disponibles para promover la participación comunitaria en la conservación, el desarrollo de capacidades locales y las prácticas ecológicas en el manejo de recursos. Se dará preferencia a proyectos innovadores que demuestren una contribución clara (resultados bien definidos y medibles) a la conservación y el desarrollo sostenible del patrimonio natural de Galápagos. Se prefieren los fondos a las organizaciones legalmente constituidas que trabajan en Galápagos, compuestas predominantemente por residentes permanentes y que ofrecen cofinanciamiento.

Celebrity Cruises Galapagos Fund
The Celebrity Cruises Galapagos Fund supports projects that promote conservation and sustainable living in Galapagos. Funding is available to promote community participation in conservation, local capacity building, and green practices in resource management. Preference will be given to innovative projects that demonstrate a clear contribution (well-defined, measurable results) to the conservation and sustainable development of Galapagos natural heritage. Funds are preferred to legally constituted organizations working in Galapagos predominantly made up of permanent residents, and that offer co-financing.
