William A. (Bill) Nitze is Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Nitze has spent most of his career in the environmental field, having worked in the private sector as well as in appointed government positions at the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of State. He is currently Chairman of GridPoint, Inc., a Washington, DC based company that designs, manufactures, and markets intelligent energy management systems for the home and small business.  Mr. Nitze is also Chairman of the Climate Institute and is an Adjunct Fellow at the Center for Strategic & International Affairs.
