A Note on Photo Permissions

Galapagos Conservancy has been granted special permission to post all of the photos currently displayed on this website. All of the photos were taken by members of Galapagos Conservancy, our close associates, or our partner organizations. We do not own the rights to any of these photos and cannot grant permission for anyone to reprint or post these photos without the consent of the photographer.

If you are interested in seeking permission to use one or several of the photos posted on our website or would like to know if we have a photo of a specific Galapagos species or subject, please email photo@galapagos.org. Since we cannot grant permission for you to use the photos, we will try our best to provide you with the contact information of the photographer so that you may pursue permissions on your own. In some cases, we may no longer have the contact information for some photographers and are not permitted to grant permission for others to use the photo.
